Please help me with some comforting hamper ideas

Friends of ours are renting a cottage for a few months before being able to move into their new home. Cottage is pretty basic very old fashioned and not as warm as she'd like.

For various reasons their Christmas will be different this year and so we'd like to make up some sort of hamper thats cosy and comforting.

I've got hot chocolate, mulled wine, beer, cheese chutney but needs something else.

Any ideas?

Christmas cake or Christmas pudding. Cheese biscuits, shortbread, pickled walnuts, artichokes in oil - maybe getting less warm and comforting towards the end there.

A nice throw or blanket you could roll up and tuck in the corner of the hamper? Ikea do inexpensive and festive fleecy ones normally

Winter Pimms, you make it up with warm apple juice.

Sloe gin

Truffle honey to go on crumpets.

Dates stuffed with marzipan.

Herbal teas, Pukka do some comforting flavours.

How about some fruit? Grapes, apples, etc - they'll go with the cheese and wine.

Hot water bottle and fluffy socks, maybe a nice candle? I like the St Eval candles, which aren't too expensive.
