Does your item pump properly?

Yes and yes. I really like the eye cream, smells of coffee :)

Mine doesn't pump the cream out at all. Gave it loads of pumping action too.
Do disappointed. Hope this isn't the start of things to come as I'm already regretting not getting the M and S one.

When I screwed the lid off and looked in the bottle it was quite hollow so don't know if it hasn't been filled properly.

It's hard to tell as the bottle has weight to it.

Haven't tried to pump mine yet, but will update as soon as I've had a go at it. I'm really sorry yours is so disappointing!
