I second the Ciate glitter flip blue liquid lipstick! You apply it, wait a minute or two whilst it dries, then as you rub your lips together (speak, etc) the glitter appears!

Thanks, all - in fact I found a set of 4 or 5 sparkly blue lip glosses online, from Claire’s Accessories. Phew!
