Christmas Imaginarium - August order still not dispatched

Has anyone else had any issues with orders from Christmas Imaginarium?

I ordered some glass decorations and stocking fillers from them in August. One of the decorations had an estimated dispatch date of October so I was expecting to wait but not as long as this. The items I ordered are now all marked as out of stock

I've tried emailing them but they haven't replied. I've called several times but the phone just goes to answer machine and the message inbox is full. I am starting to get slightly concerned...

Bump for the evening crowd. Has anyone else had issues or been able to contact them?

Sorry I can’t help (thought it was a bit overpriced when I got catalogue) but have you tried going via Instagram ? They aren’t on Twitter but sometimes they are better at replying via social media

Thanks. Social media was my next move but they have replied now.

It seems the pre-ordered item due in October now won't be in stock until next year now but they didn't bother to notify customers with pre-orders of the issue and ask if they wanted to cancel the item and have the rest of the order dispatched. You would have thought it is pretty obvious to a business that sells Christmas goods that customers will want their purchases before Christmas... Although they took payment, they haven't bothered to reserve the rest of the order so now everything is out of stock and I am missing a bunch of stocking fillers and all the other decorations I ordered

They've given me a refund but I am not impressed.
