Best Christmas movie 3 year old

I'm after some recommendations for a Christmas movie to watch with my 3-year old son.

He loves songs, so anything with singing a bonus, but he gets scared very easily and really feels for characters in trouble, so something with very little drama/threat is a bit of a must.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

If you have Disney plus they have some mickeys Christmas they are a compilation of festive themed shorts. My dc now 15 still insists we watch them every Christmas and we probably began at a similar age to your dc.

My daughter likes Arthur Christmas. There is one bit where they are surrounded by lions buts its played for laughs and nobody gets hurt. She is quite a sensitive soul so I know what you mean about low peril!

We also like the Julia Donaldson shorts - Stickman is Christmassy (features santa) and Gruffalo's child is set in the snow. They're all on BBC iplayer i think .

Raymond Briggs Father Christmas is great and no peril whatsoever.

The Snowman is wonderful but you'd have to turn it off before he melts if your DS is sensitive.

My kids still love the mickey Christmas films. The animated grinch film is brilliant too! My DS was 3 when we saw it in the cinema and loved it!

Thank you all! I don't have Disney+ but will keep an eye out in the charity shops for the Mickey Christmas movies and I think Arthur is on Netflix, so we'll definitely try that!

Mickey twice upon a Christmas, the Muppets Christmas Carol, although he might find the last ghost a bit scary, the polar express, Santa Buddies.
