poor old ds1 (7) has been a bit pushed out since the arrival of ds2 (15 months) and dd (7 weeks) and i would love to get them an activity kinda present, something they can do together on their own

so far my ideas have been...

paintballing (ds1 not old enough)

go-karting (ds1 not old enough!)

tickets to sheffield united (thought this were a good'un until dh started ranting about how badly they were doing!)

going to see 'stomp' (this a definate possibility)

any other ideas would be much appreciated!

My 7 year old, and my dh have done the indoor skydiving-seperately but they both really loved it. Sometimes you can get 2 for 1 deals.

A tent so they can do a camping trip together.

Tickets to a car/ boat whatever show

ummm

will have a think

taczilla · 16/12/2007 21:38

a kite?

Cinema tickets? Computer/console game that is 7+ and only allowed to be played when the littles are in bed? Do they both have bikes? Skates?

janeite · 16/12/2007 21:41

Toboganning, if you're near an indoor ski type place. I think under 8s have to go down with an adult, so that should be fine.

Iceskating?

Some sort of outdoor skills course? Orienteering or something?

camping is a good idea.

Diggerland? There's one near Castleford.

Stomp rockets, and a kite?

Scalextic?

Airfix type model to build together?
