Horse shaped studs for newly pierced ears?

I've Googled but can't find any nice ones, I want to make sure they're good quality silver or gold - does anyone know where I can get some?

If ears are newly pierced you might want to go for surgical steel. I know it doesn’t sound as nice for a gift but it’s what they still recommend I think. Does it have to be horses or could you look at horseshoes/bits? Lots of those around in all different metals.
