Bloody cat has wrecked my Xmas tree

You should see the state of it - it's only a plastic one but I thought I was being eco-friendly by having one which I used for years and years. Now it's only fit for the scrap heap.
The cat is less than a year old and treats the Christmas Tree like her own personal climbing frame - it's fallen over three times with her at the top of it - cat, tree, lights and baubles have all come crashing to the floor.

Is it Christmas without a Christmas Tree? Can't bring myself to buy another plastic one but also cannot bear the idea of buying one that has been cut down. In any case am not convinced that a real tree will not get similar feline treatment.

Might have to scrap the tree and go heavy on the decorations instead.

Have you seen those upside ones - absolutely fab, but the price !?

Have the same problem here - the cats use the ornaments for batting practice. Luckily, they haven't climbed it yet!

Nah, just put it back up - the cat will be a bit older next year and hopefully forget about climbing it.
