Digestive biscuits work best. Marshmallows and chocolate buttons (they melt better than pieces of chocolate). Use a tealight each to melt them. Don't forget to soak the skewers first.

We just use chocolate Digestive biscuits with marshmallows.

LuluBlakey1 · 25/11/2021 16:00

What are s'mores?

Ohdoleavemealone · 26/11/2021 08:01

We use chocolate digestives and marsmallows.

sunnyandshare · 26/11/2021 08:10

We put the digestive biscuits on a grill pan, lay marshmallows and chocolate on top and stick under the grill. When melted stick another digestive on top and you have a smore sandwich.

Champersandchocolate · 26/11/2021 08:11

We spread Nutella on digestives and then stick the marshmallow on. Then place them in front of the fire to melt together.

Liebniz chocolate biscuits are perfect. Or if you’re using chocolate separately the thin flat dairy milk bars are a good thickness.

We bought a kit from naked marshmallow and the burner scared everyone from 8 to 80 because the flame is invisible and extremely hot. I’d use a tea light in preference. You can microwave too but that’s not as much fun.

I did my DS a s’mores kit for his birthday - we bought these chafing gels from Amazon (they have a wick so are easy to reuse and safe to use indoors) @and used the Mcvities Digestive Thins for the biscuits, they worked really well.

For extra decadence... put rolos in them!

SnekkinOnDown · 26/11/2021 15:18

You will be there forever with a tea light op. What you need is a bio ethanol chaffing dish burner. They are cheap as chips on eBay and can be rested for up to 3 hours.

Should add a picture really. These are the kits I was selling over Halloween/bonfire night.
