I ordered the new Yoto Mini yesterday (*@pseudocream3* I used your referral code). Just a heads up to anyone who is interested: most won’t start shipping until the week commencing 6th December.

They are also out of make your own cards which was annoying as one of the reasons I wanted one!

Have you checked on WHSmith for the MYO cards? Also the starter card that comes with it can be turned into one and a single card holds loooooads. You can also play them from your phone via the app. Are you on the Yoto Beta group? Lots of MYO content there.

@shreddednips we have asda gin glasses at £4 odd a set of 2 & they're good. Plain but classic & I won't panic if I smash one in a drunken stupor!

A couple/few threads ago someone recommended a company who hand make and sell bath bombs, soap, creams etc, I ordered 3 boxes and they haven't arrived and I haven't had an email from them... I can't remember who they are! Can anyone help? They had Xmas gift boxes for £17ish which had bath bombs and bright soap in tubs

Quick question about yarn bowls, is it better to have the ones with just a hole or the ones with a swirl so you can get the yarn out easily? I know nothing about knitting

My adult child has recently told me he is transgender and transitioning to female. This is early days as hormones are just beginning to change her shape so not quite ready for a whole new wardrobe Not a "girly" person as yet and very practical minded /techy. has always been difficult to buy for. The wider family don't yet know.

Oh and lots of allergies to food - esp nuts eggs and chocolate so food related stuff is difficult as can products which might have nut oils in them. Also a 6 footer.

@tempidentity Knomo tech organisers are great and they had some with great savings on last time I looked. Gloves or other out wear with some kind tech of angle - integrated headphones or magic fingers. I love my Rocketbook too (reusable notebook with scanning function). They also have BF offers - Rocketbooks on their own are about £25 but they also do a 'capsule' folio so it's about £50 for both. I absolutely love mine - I have a planner and a regular notebook.
