Experience gift ideas for DH

DH loves experience or practical gifts, and I was wondering if anyone had ideas for some experience day ideas etc please?

DH doesn’t really have hobbies except for gaming, falconry, cinema, sight-seeing, history museums etc and I’ve already covered a lot of places to do with these.
I’ve done:
Speed boating
Bletchley Park
Cinema cards
Falconry sessions
The Shard
Restaurant vouchers for his favourites
Cadbury World

Afternoon tea isn’t his thing. The gaming is out of my league as he only plays very specific stuff at a high level with his friends. I’d like to do a tank experience but he has very specific likes on which one he’d like to drive but it’s too expensive really. He doesn’t drink wine so a tasting is not an option.

I did dinosnores and it was amazing! Another option is a visit to HMS Belfast. I bought my DH a clay pigeon taster session and it's ended up turning into a hobby for both of us.

The Tower of London
Warwick Castle (they have a great falconry display)
Duxford
Car Fest

What’s your spend limit? I’m looking at getting DH a “taxy experience” in the Avro Lancaster Bomber “Just Jane” - she’s not passed fit to fly but she’s allowed to fire up the engines and taxy up the runway - but I’m planning it for a few years from now on his next significant birthday as it’s not cheap at £385!

This is in Yorkshire, but I'm sure there are others

I got brewery tour for an hour and then a meal after on Groupon for my partner. Cost £23 for the two of us.

DH got me a Land Rover experience day (one is very close to us). It was an amazing day, you get to go properly off road in a very nice new car and it was worth every penny.

I have got my husband a blacksmith experience for Christmas where he will make a knife. I think he will love it.

A brewery or distillery tour? Me and DP have done loads, and they're usually great fun!

Some kind of Zoo experience . If he’s into photography at all the Big Cat centre in Kent does photo experiences , my sister did a private one and it was excellent . Other zoos do various things , I’m taking my sister and daughter to tickle a tapir in Essex .

Star gazing in a dark skies park? We had a fab time at Kielder Observatory.

That looks great! Saving a reminder for DHs birthday

Self flying in a wind tunnel. We have used the one at Xscape in Milton Keynes, but there are others around the country.
Walking llamas. I think you can do alpaca walking too.
