Are more expensive Xmas trees worth it?

Every year I kind of begrudge paying £50 for a tree at our local Xmas tree place…..they do grow them on site though so I guess they’re kind of fresh.

Walked past £25 Xmas trees in tesco earlier. Is the quality likely to be much worse? if I wait another couple of weeks and buy one will it last to Xmas?

I have usually bought a real tree in our local nursery, but last year the price for a small one was £50, they know I buy the same every year but nope thats not going to happen the price had gone up a lot from the previous year.

Passed Aldi and they had the size I wanted at £14.99, took a chance, it went up on 27th Nov and came down on 12th night with not much shedding....but it was in a watered stand, will be getting another this week...
