I may have left it a bit late but I really want to take my children to a magical, christmassy winter wonderland this year.
Does anyone have any recommendations please?

Close to Hampshire/ or around an hour away from Hampshire if possible but happy to travel further for something amazing!

I think the only place like that would be Lapland UK? Not sure if you’ll be able to get tickets now. There’s also a “north pole experience” in the Midlands which is similar to Lapland UK but cheaper.

Most Christmas markets are just lots of stalls so quite boring for children and not very magical so wouldn’t suggest those. Perhaps a light show? Lots of national trust places do them.

Thank you, I looked at lapland UK a while ago and then left it and now yep all booked up but I shall have a look at the north pole experience thank you :)

We had a good experience at Legoland, Windsor at Christmas a few years ago.

It's not cheap, but well organised and very well geared to attract
the DGC

Worth a visit for the right age group

Ooh legoland, we saved our clubcard points up and went in the summer and didn't want to leave so will have a look at the Christmas experience, thank you :)

Four Kingdoms is a bit rough around the edges, but everyone I know who has done a christmas experience there has loved it.

Thank you, this is another one I've looked at and like the look of, but forgot about! The videos and photos look lovely!
