My foodie eldest son is getting a blow torch, and youngest son is getting 2 sets of glasses because he has broken all of his student ones.

I get DS1 a Lego eGift card as he's a Lego obsessive but orders it online as he's very ill. DD's LC and I've asked her if she'd like an eGift card for some shop but she hasn't replied.

It varies so much. This is no different to saying "does anyone have any presents for adults?" Doesn't really help.

The best thing to do when they get to mid teens and older is to ask them what they want. Any ideas will be based on who they are as a person, their interests etc which will vary wildly.

ah but i am hoping to pick up wonderful ideas.

I have my adult stepsons theatre vouchers one year, a night out at a trendy tapas place another year, cooking classes, and last year got them 'twelve days of Christmas' flavoured vodka selection.

Asking them is pointless as they always say 'oh you don't have to get us anything' 🙄🙄
