If your dc don't believe in Father Christmas do presents go under the tree or still in sacks?

Do you put the gifts under the tree as you go along instead of hiding them or put them there on Christmas Eve? How do you do things?

Our old routine was stockings on beds with small Santa gifts and everything else went under the tree in Christmas Eve after the DCs had gone to bed. The only difference now they are teenagers is that they help put out the tree presents before they go to bed, we still do stockings on beds later on. They still put out carrots, mince pies and a drink for Santa on the hearth.

Stockings by the fireplace with the little bits that Father Christmas brings. Rest of presents are from whoever they're actually from, and are under the tree from a few days before Christmas. My dc are teenagers and haven't believed in FC for ages, but we still do everything the same!

Mine are both older teens, but the still get stockings with small prezzies, and everything else goes under the tree.

My teen would be outraged if we changed anything lol Presents magically appear on Christmas morning, regardless of where they come from. Presents already under the tree are to hand to other people or what they receive from others before Christmas.

I'm 28 and still go to my parents for Christmas with DH. My presents still go in a sack under the tree after I've gone to bed on Christmas Eve and I would be furious if it was any other way 🤣
