Another wii dilemma

Have been told for weeks by studio24 that I would have a wii delivered by Christmas. Today they have cancelled the order and refunded the money into my account.

Anyone know of anywhere I could still get one please?

they have them in my local game part of blockbuster but will only sell as a bundle with about 4 games.

MaureenMLovesmincepies · 13/12/2007 12:29

Comet had a new delivery this week and they are still in on the website.

chopchopbusybusy · 13/12/2007 12:35

Local Game shop had them in stock yesterday - with four game bundles. Argos had them in stock yesterday - just the basic one with sports package.

MiaWallace · 13/12/2007 12:45

Thanks. I'm trying not to buy a bundle since I've already purchased the games and accessories. Just looking for the console really.

According to an email I got today, Amazon have them on their own. It's says to keep checking as they are putting them on now and then.

scorpio1 · 13/12/2007 14:09

they have them in my local game, sign in the window today yelling about them.

i dont know what packages or anything though.

Availability links - a chap was selling this info on ebay would you believe...I found it for myself ) Some are more accurate than others.

www.wiigamereviews.co.uk/

www.wii-consoles.co.uk/

Studio were coming up as in stock on one checker but when you clicked the link were saying they wouldnt get them in time for christmas for at least the last two weeks.

I think you will be lucky to get one without a bundle, they know that if you really want one you will have to pay the price.

Peachysachristmaspudding · 13/12/2007 16:23

The Gamestation signs are unreliable if you see them; they often have them up and if you go in - whoops! they just sold the alst one! But have you considered ..... a complete con (rather biased though as they have ahd our name on a waiting list for ages but never called us yet have also seen them selling to newcomers- fortunately we secured one in october- the prat on sales made both customers plead their case for the one unit then acted as jury as to who was most deserving. Mind you he even amde me plea for a carrier bag last week when i wanted to cover dh's present with DH outside - rather go anywhere else now!)

ChopsterRoastingOnAnOpenFire · 13/12/2007 16:48

amazon are putting far more on now, but they only have stock on and off, so you have to keep watching. They are the cheapest asfaik. Some of those links will watch stock for you.

MiaWallace · 14/12/2007 10:02

Thanks everyone. Ordered one from Amazon with one game for £223 including delivery. Huge sigh of relief
