What perfumes for early 20s DSis

My DSis is 22 and I am much older than her (weep!)
She’s mentioned some perfume would be nice for Christmas but I’m not sure what brands or perfumes are popular for her age. I don’t want to get her something that I think is cool only to give her something totally un-cool or unpopular!
I suppose I could just ask her, but I thought I’d ask around here for ideas.
I’m unlikely to get into the nearest big town for a good sniff at the perfume counters for at least a few weeks yet

My 21 year old God daughter likes Daisy by Marc Jacobs, which is quite light and fresh smelling, or if she’s going out and wants something heavier, she likes Chance by Chanel.

What does she smell like when you see her? Is it a fruity, light, floral smell? Or something with a bit of musk in it?

A perfume won’t smell the same on two people.

My MIL has bought me perfume a few times. It is such a personal thing, and she's never chosen one I like; I hate the waste. Just ask her what she likes!
