I have googled "Little Cousin Robbie" "My Cousin Robbie" "My Little Cousin Robbie" all to no bloody avail.... he somehow has made his way onto dd's Christmas list in the last week.......

Does anyone know what is it & where I might get it & roughly what price he is?

I hope he isn't expensive as we have already got her her main gift, but she really never asks for anything, she's not a grabby child & it is her b'day on Christmas Eve also so maybe if he's too expensive he could be her birthday gift???

She will be 6 on Xmas eve & so far she plays with her bike, her swings, trampoline, she reads, does word puzzles, colours... she has 2 Bratz dolls my sister got her last Xmas, you know the mini ones that came with animals, a frog & a pig I think & they are the only dolls she owns... I can't, for the life of me, think where she has got the idea that she wants a Roby doll.

Now, the shy kids really do freak me out. My sister had one that wore a yellow rain coat & wellies & my ds used to try & get it to talk to him!!

would she (and you) find a Rosy doll more desirable?

By the way my 6 year old just wanted - and got - baby Annabell for the first time. I think 6 is a good age to start some more detailed role play, so perhaps she wants to be teacher/ mum / shop assistant with a life-size accomplice?

We have one that has undergone a sex change or is at least toying with the idea and he makes quite a cute girl too.My ds (2) plays with dolls more but my 10yro sis is getting one for Christmas this year(roxanne iirc)
My dd is getting a bathable boy doll £5 from Morrisons which has a penis and my ds is getting the girl version.
