Retro games console / 50 games in one?

Just wondering if anyone has bought one of these type of consoles and if you could recommend one?

I remember my brother had one as a kid and it had so many games like tetris and I think mario etc.

Any ideas where to get one and if they last more than 5 minutes?

The Nintendo Mini Super NES was the best one, with the Mini NES and Sega Mega Drive Mini also good, but you'll have to buy second hand to get a sensible price. (For the Sega make sure it's the recent one, the old ones made by Atgames were shit.)

Evercade is good. There's two versions, the original could be played handheld or on the TV but was single player, the new "Evercade VS" does multiplayer. It'll come with some games and cartridges with more are extra. Focussed on old arcade games.

You'll find a load of knockoffs on Amazon and eBay, quality and games vary (and on some the games are just pirated).

I saw the Sega mega drive mini on sale in Menkind last year but seems to be out of stock now. They are selling them on Amazon but for a greatly inflated price if new. You can buy secondhand from Amazon and I have done this before for gaming things and been pleasantly surprised with the quality.

B&M had some of these in. I forget the brand but they looked good, had loads of games on them. They were in the seasonal aisle.
