Teen skincare products

My DD age 14 has spot prone skin. Looking for some great skincare products to make up a set for her for Christmas. She’s currently using the Bodyshop tea tree range but having mixed results. Any go to products or wonder product ranges?

My 14 year old DD uses and likes Sam Farmer products they seem really good and are quite reasonable too I think they do gift sets x

I used to use Liz Earle as a teen. My mum would buy me a nice gift set every Christmas ☺️

Nip+Fab is quite a cool brand. They do some very effective glycolic and salicylic products.

Brilliant thank you for these suggestions. I hadn’t heard of Sam Farmer so off to Google now. I love a nice skin care gift set so that would be perfect. Also been looking at the nip fab teen set. I have an 11yo DD too with more sensitive skin so the Liz earle set would be perfect for her. I feel like I might end up buying stuff for myself too

Depending on your budget there's a teen box on the skin rocks website, it's Caroline Hirons company. It's a complete routine for teen skin.

Just popping in to highly recommend Sam Farmer. Great products and great ethos.

Nadine Baggott did a video not long ago about teen spots and skincare. I bought the products and they have transformed DD's skin. Not necessarily v presenty though- Cerave foaming cleanser with a flannel, acnecide etc.

Dermalogica and Clarins do a teen range - might be a more gifty range.

This la Roche posay range is fantastic for spot prone skin.

Clinique anti blemish solutions- Clinique website always has offers and freebies and usually works out cheaper than either in-store or from other websites.

Be careful with Dermalogica- I got DD a lovely "teen skin" gift set and it irritated her face badly- looking at the ingredients it had ginger essential oil in it, so it may have been that.

Tropic are amazing. The blue lagoon and ocean dive series are great for blemishes. All the products are great for young skin and 100% naturally derived. Clear skies and clear slate cleansers are also v good.

I second Roche posay - it's really great. What I would say though is her skin is causing her ongoing problems go to your GP. My DD now has antibiotic cream which cleared her skin up completely within weeks.

La Roche posay effeclar duo. Plus some fun stuff like bubble tea masks cute washcloths.

My daughter was given a Jaya Beauty skincare set for Christmas, its really gentle and she loves it - she is 12 and her hormones are really starting to kick in. I had been struggling to get her to use anything I bought but her skin has really improved.
