M&S - buy now or wait for discount

I’m in two minds. I’m buying quite a lot of kids clothes for gifts for both birthdays and Christmas and don’t know whether to buy now or wait for a discount to become available….. I don’t have any sparks offers (other than life insurance!).

I could really do with the savings but also concerned I might not get the items I want if they go out of stock…… do I hold fire for a discount or pay full price?

if it's online, you can see when you put it in your basket if there is a lot of stock in the size you want to help make a decision whether to wait

I think it depends how much you want the items. Will you be able to find similar items elsewhere if these things go out of stock? The next sale will probably be Black Friday, so it’s still a few weeks off.

I would possibly.... leave it one week order them then you will be within the month return if they go into black Friday sales.

Returns are now extended at M&S until sometime in January, this started in early October

This year I would just get them tbh, I don't think there'll be many discounts as there are concerns over shortages.
