Name and shame online Christmas shopping thread for VENTING

Shame on Amazon, who just chucked everything into a huge box so contents smashed against each other in transit. Result: cracked Mary Poppins CD cover (poor DD but at least I can swap this inhouse), damaged paperback book which will have to be returned.
Shame on Hotel Chocolat. Package turned up yesterday when we were out. But instead of leaving with neighbour as I'd requested, courier apparently left it behind the bins... naturally someone has swiped it. Will I get replacement in time? Hmm. Doubtful.

Bloody hell, what a shame. Amazon usually do a good job, imo. Give 'em hell.

Shame on site called Sailor Jerry (sells obscure emo type trendy clothe for teenagers. Blame my awkward, difficult to please stepson).

FINALLY found some cloths which I know he would like. Spend ages choosing them on the site. Go to pay. Find out they charge £38 for delivery (this is from the UK). £38!!! Iam NOT paying that.

(Cue slamming down of laptop lid in incandescent rage)

AMAZON (actually Amazon for employing PARCELNET ) - for messing up 2 christmas orders in a row. Last year stuff ordered mid November did not arrive until mid January despite being promised it would arrive beginning of December. This year after chasing them - courier has reported package missing... NEVER NEVER again - dd1(1) actually went and hid from me when I found out cos I was ranting so much

zavvi - dp ordered a ds lite and money taken from account however week later email stating no stock and money would be refunded had to wait further 4 days for refund so in effect they had our money for 11 days when no items in stock at time he purchased
