I want to buy some lobster sauce (already in food but no reply) and its a bit urgent

do you mean sauce for lobster, or sauce which is made of lobster?

Lobster sauce? I don't know about that, but Waitrose and decent delis will have lobster bisque - good stuff is usually in a glass jar.

By tomorrow evening . I've had serious delusions of granduer and thought I'd make filo parcels filled with prawns sitting on some lobster sauce. Fast forward to now and I realise its not a quick job!

No but I've got the pastry and prawns etc. Could you recommend another sauce?

Do a sweet chilli sauce maybe? But even Delia uses ready-made lobster bisque, look!
