How about Wooden Blocks or Duplo (little kids Lego)?

bealcain · 10/12/2007 12:54

we've already got loads of that as it was ds1's! this is my problem!

I am getting my 10 mo a trampoline (from ELC) for his birthday in January, and a ride on thing (5 in 1 job) for xmas. Plus lots of books.
He is also getting from relatives - a drum and a xylophone...bring on the ear plugs for xmas day!

One of his favourite toys at the moment is a pop up tunnel I got from Argo for £10. Thats a real winner and he often just sits in it giggling to himself. (?!)

Save your money and don't get anything - he won't know the difference.

a trampoline for a 10 month old? are you all mad??????

do not get him anything, he will not remember

or get him a book to chew or stackable blocks

the world has gone MAD

Raid the charity shops. There was a tunnel in ours for £2 but have no room for one. Did get Tom a lovely Little Tikes guitar/piano/drum machine.

Agree, OO.

If you must buy something, let it be a small, little something. He hasn't a clue and will never remember. I got DD1 nowt until her 2nd christmas (even then I only spent about £20). Total waste of money. He'll have as much fun looking at the christmas tree.

dd1 got a stacking toy from Asda iirc

dd2 inherited the stacking toy from Asda

they get tons now but are 5 and 3

save your money and get something for YOURSELF imo

OComeOLIVEfaithfOIL · 11/12/2007 10:20

voila, cheap and will be used endlessly

JingJanglingBexieHoHoHo · 11/12/2007 11:50

Tom loves his stacking cups!

DD was 10 months last Christmas. The present she got the most use out of during the year was the Tomy Discovery Dome.

Bath toys can't go wrong with them

What about a special teddy from the bear factory too thats whet we got DD3 .
