My DD is proving difficult this year! I need inspiration, including for a main present.
Her dad is getting her a new phone (she’ll get it on Boxing Day). She already has a smart watch.
She likes drawing (in pencil only as she can’t do colour), seeing her friends, doing sport (any and all, but she’s not into one in particular), animals (she has 2 guinea pigs and used to look after a horse but he was sold and she hasn’t ridden since pre covid), clothes, listening to music.
She’s got some makeup bits to play with/ practice but doesn’t really wear it yet. I have very few ideas except books and a light board for drawing.

I’m getting DD (13) a satchel and a rock tumbler.

What about buying one of the electronic drawing pads that connect to the computer? This was a surprise hit with my son of a similar age during lockdown and he’s not even into drawing lol

Digital photo frame is a great idea.

Strange but I got mine a nicer duvet. I noticed hers has gone lumpy and heavy so Ive got her a (responsibility sourced) 80% goose down one. It's light as a feather, 4.5 tog as she's always hot anyway.

I'm also struggling because she's on that cusp with clothes so I'm struggling to buy her clothes because not many places have teen stuff they stop at 13.
I guess she woud be a size 8?
