Christmas Sweets/Food

Can anyone recommend a good place to get cheapy Christmas sweets and snacks from? Spotted a few bits in Lakeland but after some more.

Lidl and Aldi always have a lovely section of Christmassy treats. I was in Lidl today and picked up some mini stollen which is my fave! I have put it away for nearer Christmas and need to try and forget about it. I resisted the mini florentines as I’m going to attempt to make some but they did look yummy!

What sort of thing are you looking for?

Home Bargains, B&M and The Range can be good for picking up sweets and snacks, particularly things like candy canes, small selection boxes and limited edition sweets (White chocolate lion bars!!)

Also have a look in Poundland as they have a good selection - I get DH his Raspberry Ruffles from there every year.

M&S have tins of Very Merry Munch , can't find a photo but sounds lovely

Milk & white chocolate popcorn, salted & dark choc pretzels, milk choc peanuts, caramel almonds and smartie-type chocolate

Marksies have gingerbread pretzel stars which are really nice, as long as you like you ginger strong.

Aldi do some lovely flortines, M&S for short bread. I picked up a lovely bag of hickory smoked mixed nuts from home bargains.

Winter spice twix from b and m bargains are amazing.
