We have the tree, bloody soaking wet in the garden , we have a stand .

We thinking of putting it in its base in the conservatory, letting it dry out them moving it to the front room.

How do we care for a real tree and should we put it up wet or do we let it dry out.

May sound daft questions but I am a real tree virgin !

I would just ut it up wet.
How long has it been cut??
Does your stand have a place to put water infor the tree? If so then water it.
Dont put it up near a radiator or very close to an open fire.

I put mine in a bucket and then fill the bicket with large pebbles. Then I water it every day. I always buy the norwegian blue variety as its prickles are soft and don't poke your eyes out.

Yes we have a stand that allows it to be watered.
