How about shein? I've ordered some clothes from there, some of the quality is a bit hit and miss but most items have reviews often with photos.

But Dolls Kill might not all be age appropriate clothing so I’d probably have a browse of that yourself first. And it can be quite expensive!

Depends on her style but Uniqlo and Muji have authentic Japanese styles. Tokkou is also great for more fashionable things
