she's just had her birthday and I gave her money so I would like to actually buy her something.

Clothes would be fine ,but she's a bit overweight and I don't want to embarass her by getting it wrong.

Budget £20

Hmmm, it's a difficult age isn't it. DD1 is 14. She would appreciate

earrings or other jewelry

cd

dvd-high school musical 2 just out, shrek 3 just out, simpsons movie out soon - all at £9 in Morrisons

voucher - she likes river island or new look

dressing gown/silly pyjamas - new look have some great spongebob ones or me to you teddy ones - no exact fit needed

my DD is not mad on make up, but most 15 year olds are

what about a Claire's voucher? my 15 yr old likes nothing better than a trip down to the shopping centre and a hour in Claire's spending £10 or 15 on all the teenage tat there...earrings, shoelaces, bracelets,etc-...

New look have a great range of sponge bob bits which seem very popular with teens at the mo. I saw a great vanity case in there the other day- somewhere to put makeup and stuff- perhaps she'd like something like that?
