Barbie Doll - appropriate for a 2 year old

I have read recently that Barbie's dimensions are actually physically impossible for a human to achieve. So, when my DD's aunt asked whether she could buy her one, the answer from my DP was no, as we'd discussed that we thought it was an unhelpful image to implant in her mind.

The aunt has gone ahead and bought her one for Christmas anyway.

What do we do?

I would appreciate some advice.

Sell it on ebay and buy her something she will play with like bob the builders work bench or a hoover. If the aunt asks where it has gone... well 2 year olds are always losing things

Too true, thanks. My friends have said to give it to her and enjoy watching the aunties face when DD flings it into the corner to get to the next present or something more interesting to a 2 yo. I hadn't actually thought about selling it, good call.
