Smyths £10 off event - is it happening this year?

Does anyone know if Smyths are having their £10 off £50 event this year? Know it was cancelled last year but see estimated date for this year is next week? Anyone heard anything?

I rang my local store today to be told that they aren't doing it this year 😥😥

@Mammaaof that’s a shame but good to know. Thank you. I don’t remember them doing it last year to be honest. I think businesses want to make their money back. Especially if demand will be more than they can get hold of, there is no incentive for them to discount.

@Daisy829 I know, they did say they are doing more seasonal sales but I saved much more with the ££ off 👎

Oh no! I've just this second collected the toys for my sons birthday.. nevermind, there was none in stock anywhere so had to get it ASAP!

Oh fingers crossed for tomorrow. DH gets paid too. I’ve tried to call 2 stores to ask but no answer

I went in and asked last Thursday and was told there are no offers.
