What's the cheapest you've seen the switch lite?

I'm considering getting a switch lite. I'm watching the prices but have only just started so I'm wondering what the best price is you've seen.

I think I saw a new one was coming out in October meaning that possibly the current one will be reduced....?

The cheapest we've seen are around £187 on Amazon. We were initially looking for one before realising they were quite limited. Everyone I have spoken to seems to advise buying the Switch console, even it'll only be used as a handheld. They are currently down to around £259.

I paid 180 for one from currys in July, that was with the digital copy of animal crossing.

I have both a switch and a lite model, I think I would recommend the model you can connect to the TV - especially now the price has dropped due to the release of the new one. I only use the lite one if I am playing animal crossing on my own (hiding from the kids!) which isn't that often, the one connected to the TV gets used loads in our house, either using mario kart or playing trivial pursuit as a family.

Solo playing preference- get the lite

Want the option of 2 player games/kids not fighting over it etc get the full switch.

I saw it drop to around £165 a couple of times during the summer, but was too slow to get it into my basket before it sold out!

Do these ever get reduced on Black Friday etc.? Or the main switch?
