Unfortunately we have a few on your list already (recent birthday isn't helping the situation) but I had not heard of Carcassone before so many thanks for mentioning that.

I just googled it to find out what it was and it sounds just the sort of game dd would love. She likes things like that. I'll definately look out for it!

She mentioned a ds lite, but we are getting a Wii which she doesn't know about, so maybe another time.

Any more ideas...?

games for the wii? We have got our 10 year old the SpongeBob Wii game for Christmas as she's bizarrely still into it/him.
