8yo girl - pop it game for Christmas?

I wanted opinions from mums of 8year old girls whether or not the pop it game is any good? I know this girl (not mine but a friends dd) likes the bubble pop fidget toys but is 8 a bit old for an adding game or is it something your girls have enjoyed?

Hi, I have an 9 year old girl and she has the pop it fidget toy, she plays with it occasionally, it was all the rage her before the summer holidays. Its more a stocking filler type toy. My daughter loves all fidget toys and I do plan of getting her a few for Christmas.

My 9 year old and her friends like the pop it's, I hadn't realised they were used as an adding game though - it's relaxing for them popping it but it can also be a racing to finish game where they allocate half to each person and see who can pop their half first with one hand or one finger.

My 11 yo DD and her 15 yo friend collect fidgets, including pop its.

My 9 year old really likes her pop it and fidget toys. I havent heard of a specific game but my 2 use a normal dice and take turns popping them on a large t-rex one dd2 got for her birthday. The person who gets to pop the last one wins.

Do you mean one of these type game boards? I’m getting one for my 8 year old dd for Christmas. She loves all things fidgets.

@nocutsnobuttsnococonuts - it’s the same idea but has a little dice rolling section and each player has their own side.

@TheGriffle that’s exactly the one - good to know you’re buying it for your fidget loving 8 year old.

Just in case you also wanted a bargain, they are on Shein app/website for under £10 with lots of other decently priced pop it’s/fidgets.
