I’m wondering what to get my team (23 people) this year for Christmas. I’m planning early as I’m going on maternity leave in very early November so I want to make sure cards and gifts are sorted and can be left for one of my managers to give out in my absence.
Last year, everyone got a handwritten card which thanked them for their hard work plus a token Hotel Chocolat gift.
My management team (6 in total) also received a bottle of Prosecco each.
I fund this myself approx £5 per person, plus the cards and Prosecco on top. I’m comfortable with that level of spend as it’s a token gift and is more about letting them know I’ve thought about them and I am grateful for their work.
Does anyone have ideas for something similar in price/meaning but different this year?
