Anyone know a christmas song about a donkey called chiquita (sp)?

DS (almost 3) has been singing one but I can't make head nor tail of what the words are, and it is really annoying me.

it's not Dominic afer all, is it? (those 'chiggety chig' bits could concievably be mistaken for 'chiquita'...)
