I've just looked at last year's Christmas cake and it's fine - HOORAH!!!!!!
I didn't get around to icing it last year and it stayed in it's baking parchment and tin foil till now. I only put a little brandy on it in December.
Anyway wanted to share my relief with you MNers as it will save me time as I seem to be chassing my tail at the mo!!!!
