Popular toys this Christmas?

Hi everyone. Love lurking here and dreaming of Autumn/Winter!
Starting to look at Christmas shopping for DDs. I like to start now as we have 6 of varying ages so it’s a big task.
Anyone seen any ideas of new toys coming out soon? We are over run with Lego/Barbie/Polly Pocket/Sylvanians etc.

There is a new my little pony series coming out on Netflix so I imagine new character toys will follow

They have just brought out the sylvanian family baby amusement Park if you wanted to add to the sylvanian collection

I don't know about new toys, I did read something about the trends for toys for 2021 will be going back to nostalgic toys.....lego, marble runs, wooden train tracks etc. Although I think they're popular every year.

Paw patrol mega bloks are coming out soon

There's alot of new lol stuff coming out. Including a new massive double sided house. My dd2 loves lol dolls so will end up with a few dolls but none if the expensive or big things!

Not sure otherwise. My dds are 13 and 9 at Christmas so going past the fad type top toys. I would imagine fidget toys will still be popular and good for stocking fillers... as irritating as they are!

We are going for less stuff this year and giving experiences.

My DD has seen baby born surprise babies and the playground bus. They are on the entertainer coming soon but you can get the little dolls.
She also wants a rainbocorn fairycorn and a purse pet (interactive bag).she does love an interactive pet and spends ages playing with these.

She has some lol omg dolls and would like to add to her remix collection. She's 5, be 6 close to Christmas.

Lego always goes down well but she would prefer classic instead of the Lego friends as she can make what she wants.

@scanner20 there has been alot of offers on omg dolls recently. I got dd some for £12 each from the entertainer after discount codes for her birthday. And if you are open to second hand people are selling them super cheap, around £10 each perfect condition on the facebook lol groups. I do this and rewrap individually in tissue paper.

And if you happen to be near selfridges apparently they were super cheap in there.

Yes I saw they were very very cheap! Not close to one, online I wouldn't have known which one I got. I'm happy that they are cheaper recently now they are bringing more out. My DD isn't of an age to worry if it's the new one out.

The clubhouse was a hit, I remember you from the bargain threads last year. My DM has the plane for Christmas which will be a nice addition.

I know they are really expensive for what they are full price! I gave my dd the big band omg remix set for her birthday, it was a massive hit. I think I paid £50ish in the end. She got 4 omg dolls and 4 little ones. Its a lovely set if you can find it cheap enough. Yes im sure I remember chatting to you on last year's bargain threads! My dd also loves the clubhouse, we didn't get the plane even though I saw it on offer as we have very limited space it looks great though! Are you signed up for the entertainer birthday club? They send 20% off codes 2 weeks before the birthday and works on already reduced items. You can add up to 8 i think so we have one each in sept, Oct, Nov and Dec to get Xmas gifts 😂

@nocutsnobuttsnococonuts I am signed up, always have issues with them and have to email them for the code. Yes it's good to get it on offer. She'd love the band set, we shall see we might end up getting it. She's starting to grow out of some of her toys now and lol is the way she is heading and likes the bigger dolls best. I see they have a new house coming out, we've not got the space for that at the moment. If they can wait a while then the toys always come down over the year. Great to hear she likes it.

I'm considering to buy a Tamagotchi pix for my dd6. Probably I want it more than dd does It's quite pricey, but compared to the old days, you can do so much more.

BLUEY toys are going to be massive, my DS wants them for his birthday and I’m already struggling to get some of them particularly the ‘Grannies’ pack it’s sold out everywhere near me!

@GameSetMatch you would think so as they've not been out long. I know our local symths had them but guessing very popular. You could order on amazon then cancel if you get them elsewhere as they might arrive on time as I've been lucky before.

I've just seen on the bargain thread that the entertainer have the bluey toys in stock online

Sindy dolls are back again in Argos starting from £20 up to £35, there are clothes coming out soon but the dolls fit old Pedigree Sindy clothes or Creatable World clothes.
