Where can my mum buy a Wii?

I know this has been done before but I didn't look at the threads because I wasn't looking for one, but now my mum wants to buy a Wii so just wondering if anyone knows where you can get them from at the moment?

i have a wii best thing ever! so fun to play on a cold sunday afternoon.

There is a wii stock checking website hopefully someone will pass on the link as that seems to be the best way to get one.

there are loads here if anyone is interested?

Phone your local store(s) instead

dont be fobbed off makee friends with the staff and ask them to reserve it for you

my step mum has had 5 in the last 3 weeks for me and various friends

www.wii-consoles.co.uk/ is the place to check. DP resevred one from Argos last christmas and went he went to pick it up it they hadn't reserved it or more likely one of the staff members decided to buy it!

I went into the store, and the lady at the till reserved it for me

I did the wii ringround yestoday most stores even put it on their menu when you rang that they'd sold out sooo went on ebay got wii and 5 games brand new for £295 turkey burgers for xmas dinner" lol

salsmum, £295 isn't that bad - mine was £180 and only comes with one game, and I think the games are around £30-40 each

It came yestoday .
the receipt was in parcel [argos £179.99]
the 5 games that i was told were included was in fact the sports game with 5 games on it it was purchased on 21/nov which makes me wonder if it was a person working for argos that sold it ....good money maker!
BUT...Main thing is i have it so no tears on xmas day from my 23year old son! LOL.

You can't reserve any from Argos at the moment but the check and reserve service tells you if any are in stock so you can whizz down there.

The wii stock checker site is showing that some are in stock at places like Dixons but they are horrendously priced bundles

wilkinsons or hmv.wilkinsons have an online shop and you can register so they email you when back in stock
