I would like to get my niece some make-up for Christmas. I have a pretty small budget. I was thinking maybe some lip glosses, or something like that.

Which shop or brand do you recommend?

my dd had a Claire's gift voucher for her birthday...she just loved doing the choosing for herself

Bnevertoo... is so lovely, but a bit pricey. Will look for Hard Candy, but not worry too much about getting a 'funky' brand if anything goes.
