Christmas/birthday 13 yr old party games?

Having house "party" for my dd 13th, mid December.

Its mainly girls and along with music was trying to think of "things" for them to do.

My friends daughter had fab Hawaiian party with 50 kids and am worried this is going to fall really flat...

My dd is currently really upset that she only has 15 girls to invite because she is not part of the "popular" in crowd...

Any ideas?

She is not very girly and I just suggested it and she just said that a lot of her friends are "allergic" to stuff.

Sigh....this is getting on my nerves now...

can you get them to do something to make the food? like maybe design their own pizzas, or make fruit kebabs to go with lovley choc sauce

one of those dance mat thingys that you hook up to playstations? you could even set up 2 so they can compete?

have some crafts like glass painting or a candle making thing set up, christmassy theme, that they could do if they want...

otherwise i think 13 year olds just like to hang out...
