I'm trying to find a deak for my dd aged 6. She's very tall and lots of the desks I've seen look as if they're for toddlers.
Do you think a 6 year old would like an old school type desk or would she think its babyish?

Sorry I should say that this is for her Xmas.

We bought one for DD when she was 6 from Argos, but it's an adult one, I think - hang on, will try to find it.

It's this one - is doing well, coming up for 1 year later.

That looks really nice. Does your dd use it a lot?

IKEA do one

Yes, she does use it quite a lot - for homework, and for doing thank-you letters, stuff like that. I think the only thing that I don't like about it is that the drawers look quite deep, but the drawer bit inside (that you can put things in), isn't as deep as the front, iyswim.

DS1 had this in blue for Christmas last year. He's coming up 7 and it made him feel he had a really grown up bedroom.
