Delia's Christmas chutney - has anyone made it before?

i haven't made it for a few years, but was planning to this year. it's great.

chutney is not hard to make and most recipes I've ever tried are tons better and cheaper than shop bought. They do get better with age tho so if making for Christmas, make asap.

I have gone chutney crazy this year and have tried 3 recipes from the Delia meister. I am waiting for them to mature so who knows what they are going to taste like but my family are going to have chutney and cold cuts this christmas so help me.....
