4kg boneless turkey crown

Help i normally buy from M and S but had to get from butcher this year and im clueless. 4kg to 4.5kg boneless stuffed turkey crown. Is google right when it says 20mins per kg plus 60mins. And do i need to coat it in anything

I'm shit at conversion but I am almost 100% sure that I do 20 mins per lb plus 20, so would be 40 mins per kg.
Someone more helpful will know!

We have a 4lb rolled turkey breast which I guess is the same? And I will be following this which I also used last year
