Is anyone else having christmas a day early?

It's christmas eve in this house tomorrow as DP is working Christmas Day. We've put in a special request with the big man in red and he's coming tomorrow night (DS is 14 months so I'm pretty safe doing this!).

Yes! It is also our Christmas Eve tomorrow. We're off to see MIL & SIL on actual Christmas Day. So we thought getting all the presents done with the DC a day early would maximise the time they can spend with them.
Otherwise we'd be hurrying in the morning and they wouldn't get a chance to play with anything!
They're young enough not to know the difference anyway!

Yes, DH working here too so moved Christmas to Christmas eve. It always messes with my head trying to figure out what day it is. Still need to wrap presents and buy food. It'll be a busy day tomorrow!

Not myself but a lady I know has gone Christmas dinner today as her dd and dsil have to get back to Saudi before the borders close .
