Merry Christmas, I have finally finished my shopping and thought I'd start a thread of what we've gotten everyone because quite frankly I am a nosy so and so and feel accomplished - I'm distracting myself with this post as I need to wrap all of the presents before Thursday
Mum & Dad
My dad is so picky, anything you get him either ends up on eBay, Car boot or in a drawer never to be seen again but lately he's been complaining how cold it is so I've got him some warm up pants and gloves so I'm hoping this year he'll actually use them
(he's a pain in the bum, always has been with Christmas presents).
My mum I've got her some lovely pjs, "posh" chocolates and this is weird but I've stuck a tenner to the chocolates as she likes to play online bingo
.
Grandma & Grandma in law
I've gotten my grandma a nice purse with a £25 gift voucher for her favourite shop and a cute ring.
Grandma in law has gotten a tea and scones hamper (which sounds uninspiring but it is lovely haha)
MIL & FIL
MIL has gotten some doc martens (they were actually mine I ordered a few months ago but have never actually worn and realised I don't really like and MIL mentioned wanting some so thought I'd pass them on as I can't send them back and she'd actually like them, some bath bombs, a gin gift thingy and some lovely Cath Kidson hand cream that was on sale (love Christmas bargains)
FIL got a motorbike t shirt and a chilli kit.
BIL & SIL
BIL got some whiskey and SIL got a positivity book and a Disney tea.
Best friends x2
1 best friend got a box of nerds, £15 Amazon gift set and some bath bombs and the other best friend got a handmade elephant, bath bombs and a cup.
Niece (7 years old) :-
She actually got the most this year as I was suppose to be taking her to DisneyWorld but then covid hit so she got a generation doll, generation dog, the wardrobe and loads of accessories.
DH -
He actually got the ps5 in November and I'm giving him a baby next month

but I felt a bit sad he wouldn't have much to open on Christmas as his family don't tend to get him anything so I've got him some stocking fillers
Pjs
Chopsticks
Japanese candy
A grooming kit
Some bath gel etc
I was quite impressed with myself really as apart from the ps5 of course, the rest of it cost around £300-350 which for that many people isn't so bad! And I'm finished almost a week beforehand - I was literally the person who was out on Christmas Eve shopping for presents
Does anyone else wanna share what they've got other people? Or if you're organised this year? Or just anything Christmassy really or even what you're hoping to get for Christmas?
I've asked my DH for post natal nappies

he wasn't too impressed haha.
