Christmas Cocktails/Drinks

Anyone have any particular favourite Christmas cocktails or drinks? We always seem to have Buck's Fizz, but I never particularly enjoy it, so looking for alternatives!

One of my friends makes a lovely cocktail which is Cava (or Champagne) with a shot of gin and ginger cordial. Is amazing and lethal!

Most of these are non-alcoholic I’m afraid because DH is teetotal

Chambord ( rasberry liquer) with cava.

Bucks fizz tastes like vomit to me. If you need to cover the taste of sparkling wine, just add cassis and kir is probably a better option.

There was another thread on here where people recommended a Nigella cocktail with prosecco and cranberry juice, I think it's called a poinsettia. I'm planning to try that one.

Can't beat a snowball.

You can't beat a classic champagne cocktail, in to a flute glass.... Angostura bitters on a sugar lump, tot of brandy, top up with champagne.

Bellinis are also lovely, champagne, peach juice and peach liqueur.
