Bad taste? Oh well.
I've got a 3-4kg solid boned and rolled turkey joint to use up between the 5 of us. I'm going to need them recipes, so let's be having them!
I'll share my own previously well used tip:

Sliced, cooked turkey freezes really well. I ready slice and freeze in small batches in freezer bags, suck all the air out with a straw (or just flatten and squeeze a bit while sealing the bag) then defrost as needed. It keeps really well, it's fine to eat on sandwiches or if you need a bit for soups or stews.

Right, what do you do with yours?

I can’t believe no one has said coronation turkey! So retro! Diced leftover turkey, grapes, celery, red onion, mango chutney, curry paste natural yoghurt, mayo, chopped chives.
