DS class was sent home today on the last day as one of the class has a positive result. Must Isolate until xmas eve!

I had planned a couple things like driving round looking at lights, baking biscuits and a few xmas films.

Will look for some craft ideas too.

What else can we do that is xmassy?

Pinterest Christmas crafts. There will be loads of ideas on there.

Why do they only have to isolate for 6 days and not 10? Sorry realise this isn’t the point of the thread but I wondered?

Paperchains and paper snowflakes.
Make christmas cards.
Build a christmassy scene out of whatever toys they have (lego, playmobil etc).
Have a board games afternoon.
Make christmas decorations for their dolls house, if they have one.
Build a den in the house (maybe to watch a film in).
Christmassy puzzle sheets printed off the internet.
Treasute hunts.

Make a Gingerbread House.
Make decorations for the tree using Hama beads (if you have any!).
Make reindeer food, ready to be left out for Rudolph.
Have a sing a long to Christmas songs/carols CD.

Wall to wall Christmas films. 😳🤣
Making cards.
We are in a similar situ but mine are a bit older...

Thanks everyone. We have done so much of this stuff already but I think there is room for more.
Films, lego scene, reindeer food (although don't have any edible glitter) and lots of games!

Boring maybe, but put some Xmas music on one morning and they have to help sort out old bits for charity and tidy up ‘ready for Santa’.

My boys of the same age love Just Dance videos on You tube. There are some Christmassy ones and also some others that are great to dance along with. Gives them exercise as well!
