Gift for 23yo who is so hard to buy for

My DBro recently moved out of the family home into his own rental property.
He has the basics for the kitchen, used his existing furniture for his bedroom and has all the general bits and pieces. I have asked if he needs anything for the home but he said not really.

I know money is a bit tight now he's all on his own so was thinking maybe cash as one part but I'm stuck for an actual gift.
He games on a PC but as far as I'm aware has in the past year bought a new keyboard, headphones and gaming mouse whatever that means. He's very specific about his clothes so I don't want to go down that route.

So he says doesn't need or want anything in particular apart from a lottery win Xmas Hmm and I'm very stuck for ideas, he's actually very good at gift buying so I'd really like to get him something nice.

Any suggestions would be really helpful.

Could you up grade something he already has?

I'm not sure @RainbowRaine everything is pretty recent as he only just got new kitchen appliances for the new house and so on and I don't know anything about gaming and the stuff you need for that.
Short of upgrading his car which is on its very last legs and hundreds/thousands above the budget I don't think there's anything.

Something that he might not have in his new kitchen, like a coffee maker, or a decent set of pans or knives.
A subscription for something like meal kits, coffee or tea, gaming magazine, Hotel Chocolat etc.
Posh toiletries/aftershave, that he might not be able to afford at the moment.

A nice original painting from a local artist of something that interests him?

A spider plant in a nice pot?
I am horribly undomesticated and terrible at gardening but have a spider plant my sister gave me when I was 23 and it is still healthy and thriving nearly 2 decades later, every house move it has come with me, and it is part of what has made each house feel like home

A lottery ticket/scratch card?!
